Big Flats Ordinances
Changes to current land uses in the Town of Big Flats, including new construction and zoning changes require a Land Use Permit before proceeding. Most types of uses are allowed so long as the proposed project or use conforms to the requirements of the Land Use and Zoning Ordinance. Land Divisions require a Land Division Application.
